Duty Manager

About the role

As Duty Manager, you will be the key hotel representative on duty, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining Alino's standards of service and guest experience. You will lead with presence, respond with urgency, and make sound decisions to ensure that both guests and colleagues feel welcomed, cared for, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior operational contact for guests during the assigned shift
• Ensure consistent delivery of warm, professional, and personalized guest service
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
• Conduct regular rounds of guest areas and proactively identify service concerns
• Ensure guest requests and special arrangements are properly coordinated and followed through
• Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during assigned shifts
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other departments
• Monitor room status, arrivals, departures, VIPs, special requests, and operational concerns
• Ensure proper handover and communication between shifts
• Make timely operational decisions and escalate critical concerns to the appropriate HOD or Management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business, or a related field
• Solid hotel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong background in Front Office and hotel operations
• Excellent guest relations and service recovery skills
• Confident decision-maker who can remain calm under pressure
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly visible on the floor
• Professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
