Overall job purpose

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Leisure Centre, to include the effective supervision of all the staff and users of the facility.
Contribute to the adoption of a more commercial approach to the management and modernization of the island’s leisure provision by:

• Efficient and effective day to day management of the facility and activities.

• Ensuring the leisure centre meets the needs and expectation of customers by maintaining / increasing income generation.

• Carrying out all activities in compliance with corporate polices and processes.
