Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth functioning during assigned shifts.
• Supervise front-office activities, including guest check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, and guest requests.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve service-related issues, and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, and security teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise and guide staff members to maintain professional service standards.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy status, and operational reports.
• Manage VIP arrivals, special guest requests, and escalated service concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate shift handover reports and communicate pending issues to the relevant teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hotel operations, front office, guest relations, or a similar hospitality role.
• Freshers are not eligible for this position.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A service-oriented attitude with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
