- Handle guest complaints, requests, and operational issues professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure rooms, villas, and public areas are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.
- Assist management in improving operational efficiency and maintaining service quality.
