Duty Manager

We are seeking to employ a part time Duty Manager for our community health and social care organisation.

Duty Manager duties include:

• Meeting clients and their families and completing initial care needs assessments
• Rota allocations at short notice
• Completing Care Plans and all associated paperwork
• Undertaking care reviews
• Supervising quality and delivery of care by carrying out spot checks and competency assessments on staff
• Screening care package enquiries
• Dealing with all inbound telephone calls, emails and mail
• Demonstrate clear leadership skills and a have a passion for empowering staff development
• General office duties
• On call duties on a rota basis.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.60 per hour
