Duty Manager - Hospitality

• Position: Duty Manager - Hospitality
• Location: Walkable from Bras Basah MRT
• Working Hours: Rotating Shifts – 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM / 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): S$3,500 – S$4,300 Basic Monthly + AWS + S$10.50 Midnight Shift Allowance
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Permanent / Full-Time
• Industry: Hospitality

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and provide effective service recovery.
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction across the front office team.
• Coordinate with internal departments on guests’ special requests and requirements.
• Monitor room inventory and resolve discrepancies where required.
• Supervise, coach and guide team members to improve service and work performance.
• Manage emergency situations and report unusual incidents to Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience as a Duty Manager.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Able to make sound decisions, solve problems effectively and work well under pressure.
