With the continued growth and development of our teams and business, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Duty Manager to join the Star Group family on a casual or full-time basis.

About the Role

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the bar team and delivering an energetic, welcoming experience for our locals and sports-loving patrons. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced pub environment and take pride in great service — especially during major sporting events.

You are:

• An enthusiastic, hands-on team leader
• A customer service superstar
• A hospitality all-rounder
• Highly motivated and driven
• Available to work nights and weekends
• Passionate about sport, beer, and classic pub culture

You’ll ideally have:

• A current RSA
• Previous bar or supervisory experience
