Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments
• Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth
• Oversee guest services, addressing inquiries,
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, promoting a culture of excellence and attentiveness
• Handle emergency situations or escalated guest concerns with professionalism and promptness

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry preferably in a high volume site.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Previous experience is a must.
• Familiarity with human resources practices related to staffing, training, and employee relations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact confidently with guests and team members
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
