Duty Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary
We a looking for an enthusatic, experienced individual to join our team! Hours

Between 20 - 40 per week (Hours based upon term time)

Responsibilities

· Supervising daily operations

· Overseeing staff performance

· Ensuring task meet company standards

· Training

· Conflict resolution & reporting

· Maintaining Productivity

· Maintaining a positive work environment

· Acting as a link between upper management and staff.

Skills

· 1 years experience in a mangerial / supervisor role

· Strong Leadership & Motivation

· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills

· Problem-Solving & Decision-Making

· Organizational & Planning Abilities

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Pay: £19,500.00-£31,200.00 per year
