Department: Cinema Operations
Reporting To: Cinema Manager
Experience: 24 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day cinema operations.
- Supervise floor staff and manage shift duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure auditoriums are clean and ready before every show.
- Coordinate with Box Office, F&B, Projection, and Housekeeping teams.
- Support ticket and F&B sales through upselling.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
- Assist with cash handling and report any discrepancies.

Qualification
