Duty officer

A Duty officer responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cinema, ensuring smooth movie shows, excellent customer service, safety, security, and proper coordination among all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily cinema operations and ensure smooth running of all movie shows.
• Manage and guide staff across departments such as Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Security.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, quick, and professional service.
• Monitor ticketing, auditorium readiness, cleanliness, and show timings.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively.
• Coordinate with technical, security, housekeeping, and F&B teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure cinema safety, security, fire-safety, and emergency procedures are followed.
• Monitor cash handling and daily operational reports as per company procedures.
• Conduct regular checks of auditoriums, common areas, washrooms, and other facilities.
• Support the Cinema Manager in achieving operational and customer-service targets.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate important issues to the management team.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and service standards are followed at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
