DV Cleared Call Coordinator / VIP Conferencing Support

We are currently recruiting for two DV Cleared Call Coordinators to join a high-profile environment in Westminster, providing communications and conferencing support to VIP and

VVIP users.

This is not a traditional IT Service Desk position. Approximately 90% of the role is focused on call coordination and conferencing, with around 10% involving basic 1st Line IT/service desk support.

The Role

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing important calls and conference calls for VIP/VVIP users, ensuring communications are established quickly, accurately and professionally.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and coordinating conference calls for VIP and VVIP users

• Managing incoming and outgoing call requests

• Connecting multiple participants and ensuring calls are established correctly

• Providing a highly professional and discreet service to senior stakeholders

• Monitoring and managing conferencing requirements

• Responding quickly to urgent or high-priority requests

• Providing basic 1st Line support where required

• Logging and escalating technical issues to the appropriate support teams

What We're Looking For

We are interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:

• Call coordination / call handling

• Switchboard or communications operations

• Conference call coordination

• VIP/VVIP or executive support

• Service desk / 1st Line support

• Government, defence or other secure environments

Excellent communication skills, professionalism, discretion and the ability to remain calm when dealing with high-priority requests are essential.
