- Minimal SMA/SMK, diutamakan jurusan Tata Boga/Perhotelan.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Cook/Kitchen Crew menjadi nilai tambah.
- Menguasai basic cooking dan food preparation.
- Mampu memasak masakan Nusantara dan Western menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami hygiene, sanitation, dan food safety.
- Memiliki basic knife skills dan mampu menggunakan peralatan dapur dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja dengan cepat dan tetap menjaga kualitas makanan saat kondisi ramai.
- Disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki attitude yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, weekend, dan public holiday.
- Memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik dan mampu bekerja di lingkungan dapur.
