We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Daily Worker Runner.

Employment Scheme & Progression:

• Initial Status: Daily Worker (DW).
• Daily Allowance: IDR 145,000 / day (includes meals when working on weekends).
• Career Advancement: High-performing Daily Workers who demonstrate exceptional skills, reliability, and attitude will have the opportunity to be promoted to Full-Time Permanent Staff (complete with competitive salary, meal allowance, BPJS, and private health insurance).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist kitchen, service, and retreat teams with delivering food, beverages, and operational supplies promptly across the property.
• Ensure dining areas, service stations, and retreat spaces are clean, fully stocked, and neatly arranged.
• Support the operational flow between departments to deliver a smooth guest experience.
• Run errand requests related to daily retreat operations as directed by the management team.

General Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English (basic to intermediate spoken English).
• Well-groomed, neat, and positive attitude.
• Physical fitness and agility to handle physical duties and quick movement around the retreat area.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality, F&B, or similar support roles is preferred (fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply).
• Strong teamwork skills, high initiative, and willingness to learn.
