DW Waiter

About the role

We are seeking a DW Waiter to join the hospitality team at Boy N Cow Seminyak, located in Denpasar, Bali. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility whilst delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a DW Waiter, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, professional service in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. Your contribution will directly impact guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of our establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them at appropriate tables in accordance with restaurant procedures
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage offerings
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring correct items reach the right guests
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
• Clear tables efficiently between courses and after guests depart, maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Process payments and manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain a clean and organised dining area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Follow all food safety and health hygiene protocols consistently
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar waiting staff role within a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic numeracy for processing payments
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
• Flexibility to work part-time hours as required by the restaurant
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
