DW Waiter / Waitress

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.

• Assist guests with seating and provide menus.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately.

• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.

• Maintain excellent guest service throughout the dining experience.

• Clear and reset tables efficiently.

• Assist with preparation and closing duties before and after service.

• Communicate guest requests, feedback, and complaints to the supervisor.

• Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.

• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
