DW Waiter - Waitress

About the role

This is a waiter/waitress position in a restaurant environment, responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and processing payments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, direct them to tables, and provide menus
• Take food and beverage orders carefully and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Deliver and serve food and beverages to customer tables promptly and correctly
• Clear tables after guests finish eating and reset tables for the next guests
• Assist with processing bills or payments as required by operational systems

About you

• Able to communicate politely, clearly, and in a friendly manner with customers and kitchen staff
• Comfortable working quickly and efficiently in a busy and dynamic environment
• Understand the menu, ingredients, and basic dish recommendations
• Maintain personal hygiene, dress neatly according to workplace standards, and present professionally
• Flexible with shift work or daily call-in arrangements as needed for operations
