About the role
This is a waiter/waitress position in a restaurant environment. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and processing payments.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, direct them to tables, and provide menus
- Take food and beverage orders carefully and pass them to the kitchen or bar
- Deliver and serve food and beverages to customer tables promptly and correctly
- Clear tables after guests finish eating and reset tables for the next guests
- Assist with processing bills or payments as required by operational systems
About you
- Able to communicate politely, clearly, and in a friendly manner with customers and kitchen staff
- Comfortable working quickly and efficiently in a busy and dynamic environment
- Understand the menu, ingredients, and basic dish recommendations
- Maintain personal hygiene, dress neatly according to workplace standards, and present yourself professionally
- Flexible with shift work or daily call-in arrangements as needed for operations
