DX IT Intern (Cyber Security)

What you´ll do

• Support the IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Project Consulting team in day-to-day operations and administrative activities
• Assist in cybersecurity control testing by collecting, reviewing, and validating supporting evidence for control effectiveness assessments
• Support the management of the GRC function mailbox by reviewing, categorizing, and dispatching incoming emails to the appropriate stakeholders
• Assist the People Manager with administrative tasks, including maintaining trackers, organizing team documentation, coordinating meetings, and monitoring follow-up actions
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support team initiatives and projects
• Accomplish tasks as directed by supervisor(s) and collaborate with team members to achieve objectives
• Comply with Henkel's internal guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required
• Knowledge on IT controls and Governance, Risk and Compliance process is a plus
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least five hundred (500) on-the-job training hours
