(DX20)資訊安全技術部門主管

1.職務說明

負責規劃與推動集團全球資安技術防護策略，統籌 Security Architecture、SOC、Threat Detection、Incident Response、Cloud Security 及 AI Security 能力建設，確保企業、研發、雲端及製造環境之資安能力持續提升。此職位同時負責部門管理、人才發展及技術能力規劃，並擔任集團資安技術領導角色。

2.主要職責

• 負責部門策略、預算、人才發展及組織績效。

• 負責集團 Enterprise、Cloud、R&D、Product、Manufacturing 與 AI Security Architecture 之整體成效與持續演進。

• 負責集團 Cyber Defense 能力，包括威脅偵測、事件應變、弱點管理及安全監控成效。

• 負責推動 Secure-by-Design、SSDLC、DevSecOps 與 Security Automation，提升整體安全成熟度。

• 負責資訊安全技術、平台及解決方案之效能、適用性及持續優化。

• 負責集團資安架構、技術標準及控制措施之全球落地與執行。

• 負責 AI Security Architecture、Control Framework 及 Security Monitoring 能力建設。

• 負責新興技術（如 GenAI、LLM、AI Agent、SaaS）相關安全風險之識別、評估與管理。

• 負責整合 AI Security、Cloud Security、Data Protection 及 Identity Security 等防護能力。

• 擔任集團資安技術領導者，提供資安策略、技術發展及投資方向建議。

3.其他條件

• 3 年以上團隊管理經驗。

• 熟悉 Security Architecture、SOC、Cloud Security、Identity Security、Data Protection、DevSecOps 與 Incident Response。

• 熟悉 ISO 27001、NIST、OWASP、MITRE ATT&CK 等安全框架。

• 熟悉 Generative AI、LLM、AI Agent 或 AI Platform 相關架構與安全風險。

• 半導體、高科技製造或跨國企業經驗尤佳。

• CISSP、CISM、CCSP、OSCP 等專業證照尤佳。
