Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare and execute project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Allocate resources effectively across project phases.
• Track milestones, budgets, and overall project progress.

Site Management

• Lead all on-site engineering and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project budgets.
• Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Approve contractor bills and variation claims.
• Ensure BOQ compliance and commercial discipline.

Quality & Safety

• Implement strict quality assurance processes.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce site safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Evaluate and finalize contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Manage relationships with consultants and local authorities.
• Resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare MIS and progress reports.
• Identify project risks and mitigation plans.
• Conduct review meetings with project teams and senior management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 20+ years of experience in real estate / construction / infrastructure.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, BOQ, quality control, safety compliance, contractor management, and statutory approvals.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
