Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management with a focus on building construction or real estate construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent qualification required; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
