Dy HRBP

Primary Responsibilities

Support and facilitate the HR Policies and practices, cascading & the implementation of the same.

Support the Business Head / Plant Head / Project Manager in Manpower Planning and consolidation of requirements in terms of positions and numbers.

Support Project Manager & coordinate with the TA Team in identifying and onboarding the right talents as per the Project schedule.

Implement Contribution Management System including performance tracking, monitoring and implementing improvement plans.

Design and implement project / plant / business specific technical and functional training programs to enhance the knowledge and competencies of team members

Work closely with Team Leaders and Team Members to improve communications and work relationships towards building morale, increasing productivity and enhancing retention.

Provide regular guidelines and clarity on all the HR operational aspects - time-off & attendance; salary advance & HR letters.

Implement Employee Engagement, Team Building and Wellness programs

Analyse attrition trends and facilitate the implementation of retention strategies and programs to minimize the attrition rates.

Secondary Responsibilities

Ensure and coordinate Immigration processes - during onboarding & CERPAC renewals / Conversion of CERPAC to FZE Zones.

Support effective Compliances Management - Labor laws & regulations in coordination with respective Corporate Liaisoning Teams.

Ensure proper Accommodation facilities (Maintenance, supplies, and services) for Team Members

Ensure quality of food & services, hygiene, cleanliness and upkeep of Canteens

Ensure upkeep, management & maintenance of transport services

Ensure upkeep of Office & workspace, furniture, pantry, stationaries and housekeeping.
