• Financial Management:Manage and allocate departmental budgets effectively
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize financial resources
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicate regularly with upper management, providing updates on departmental performance and initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations
• Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure that the department complies with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
