Essential

Candidate should have full time degree/diploma in B. Tech /B.E/ B.Sc ( Any Stream).

Desired: Degree / Diploma / Certificatecourse in General Management / Operation Management.

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Essential

Around 8+ years of experience inRaw Material Handling & Sortingactivities in the Manufacturing sector related Aluminium.

At least 4 years as In charge. Experience with Shredder and sensor-based sorter are added advantage.

Desired

Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Mechanical Equipment is mandatory.

JobProfile:

Oversee cold sorting operations and ensure production targets while supervising sorters in the plant and shift for cold sorting.

Coordinate for manpower availability as well as machine availability in respective regions/shift depending upon the planned production.

Responsible for quantity, quality and timelines of sorting to ensure adherence to cost, time and mix targets.

Supervise the sorters, their safety and productivity.

Ensure uptime and smooth operations for all machines in the cold refining operations.
