As a Dye Finishing Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in the production process by operating and monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and ensuring every product meets quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate dyeing and finishing equipment according to established procedures.
• Monitor and analyze process parameters to ensure machines operate within specifications.
• Produce first-quality products while maintaining high production standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions from department leaders.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and tightening.
• Complete scheduled equipment and area cleaning.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and a safe, organized work environment.
• Safely transport fabric and materials using forklifts, tuggers, and other material-handling equipment.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process or equipment issues.
• Work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Previous Dyeing and/or Finishing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate motorized material-handling equipment such as forklifts and tuggers.
• Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-conscious.

Technology Skills:

• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and desktop operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
