Roles & Responsibilities

D365 F&O Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain customizations using: o X++ Development o Extension Framework (No Overlayering) o Forms, Tables, Classes, and Reports

• Develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.

• Support global template development, enhancements, and deployments. Integrations & Data Migration

• Develop and manage integrations using: o Data Entities o OData Services o REST APIs

• Perform data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF).

• Collaborate with external systems and third-party applications. Global Rollouts & Implementation Support

• Participate in end-to-end D365 F&O global rollout projects.

• Support deployment activities across multiple regions and legal entities.

• Assist in SIT, UAT, performance testing, and go-live activities. Application Support

• Provide post-production support (L2/L3).

• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Ensure adherence to incident management processes and SLA commitments. DevOps & Environment Management

• Manage code repositories and deployments using Azure DevOps.

• Support CI/CD processes and release management.

• Work with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and UDE topology. Documentation & Collaboration

• Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.

• Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and business users.

• Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
