• Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales| Customer Service| Marketing| Finance & Operations| or CRM.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Support UAT| training| and deployment activities.
• Technical Responsibilities Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Develop plugins| workflows| custom APIs| and integrations.
• Create Power Apps| Power Automate flows| and Dataverse solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs| Azure Functions| Logic Apps| and Service Bus.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
