Dynamic Stress Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and computational analysis on the flutter characteristics of primary aircraft structures.
• Perform computational analysis of aircraft structural stiffness characteristics and simulation analysis of vibration characteristics.
• Execute full-aircraft modal testing and vibration testing.
• Analyze aeroelastic and servoelastic stability of the aircraft.
• Prepare relevant technical documentation, including strength analysis reports and test reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, or related fields. Proficiency in composite material structural strength analysis is preferred.

2.5+ years of experience in aircraft dynamic stress/dynamics analysis. Experience with general aviation aircraft or ton-class UAVs is preferred; experience with airworthiness certification is preferred.

• Solid understanding of fundamental vibration theory, simulation analysis methods, and testing techniques.
• Proficient in using dynamics-related simulation and testing software.
• Strong English reading comprehension skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, high sense of responsibility, and a strong team player.
