D365 Finance & Operations Implementation | Onsite — Carrollton, TX | $100,000

The Opportunity

Our client is undertaking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and is looking for a Business Applications Support specialist to join onsite in Carrollton, TX. This role currently operates at Level 2, with Level 1 responsibilities included during the transition period, and will act as the local, on-the-ground resource supporting current business applications while the D365 F&O implementation is underway.

You'll be closely involved in the implementation itself — from testing and data transformation through to integrations and end-user support — making this a genuine opportunity to build hands-on D365 F&O experience while keeping existing systems running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across current business applications throughout the transition to Dynamics 365 F&O
• Act as the on-site point of contact for the D365 F&O implementation, liaising between end users, IT, and implementation consultants
• Execute test plans — unit, system, and UAT — across F&O modules as part of the implementation cycle
• Support data transformation and migration activities, including extraction, mapping, validation, and load support
• Assist with integration testing between D365 F&O and other connected business systems
• Deliver end-user support and troubleshooting across supported applications, triaging and resolving issues as they arise
• Document support procedures, testing outcomes, and process changes as systems evolve
• Log, track, and escalate issues through to resolution alongside the implementation team

What You Bring

Essential

• Experience supporting business applications in an end-user support, help desk, or application support capacity
• Hands-on exposure to an ERP implementation or migration project, in a testing, data, or support capacity
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution
• Comfortable working on-site full-time in Carrollton, TX
• A clear communicator, confident liaising between end users, IT, and technical implementation teams

Highly Desirable

• Prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with data transformation or migration tooling
• Experience with integration testing or middleware platforms
• Familiarity with ITIL practices or service desk ticketing tools
