What they need

- Customize and configure Business Central modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales , to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows using standard and custom tools.
- Integrate Business Central with third-party applications, APIs, and web services .
- Manage data migration, ETL processes, and data quality within Business Central.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, integration, and production environments.
- Maintain version control, ALM practices, and deployment pipelines using tools like Git and Azure DevOps.
- Ensure best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization in all solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support team knowledge sharing.
