Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

Onsite - ORTIGAS, MAKATI
Salary: Up to ₱75,000
Experience Required: 5-7 Years (Internship experience is not counted.)

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
• Experience implementing enterprise applications with multiple integration points.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience in requirements gathering, system analysis, solution design, and documentation.
• Internship experience will not be counted toward the required years of experience.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Microsoft Power Platform
• Microsoft Azure Services
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience creating design documentation and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, defect management, and issue resolution processes.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data mapping concepts is an advantage.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
• Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are a plus

Pay: Up to Php75,000.00 per hour
