About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to drive the design and delivery of enterprise CRM solutions within a Microsoft technology environment.

This role combines solution architecture, hands-on technical expertise, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for translating business needs into robust CRM architectures, overseeing complex integrations, and guiding development teams in delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Microsoft Power Platform, and the broader Azure ecosystem, together with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Lead technical design decisions across CRM configuration, customization, development, and system integration.
• Translate functional and business requirements into technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Guide the development of custom CRM functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and Dataverse.
• Leverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform capabilities to extend and enhance business processes.
• Establish appropriate data models, security frameworks, workflows, and business process automation.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to developers, consultants, and delivery teams.
• Design integration solutions using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, and Azure-based services.
• Drive best practices for application performance, scalability, security, and solution maintainability.
• Oversee environment strategy, solution deployments, release processes, and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations and delivery objectives.
• Identify architectural risks, resolve complex technical challenges, and recommend improvements to existing CRM environments.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows, and extensions.
• Strong development knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Proven experience designing integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Solid understanding of CRM data architecture, security models, and business process automation.
• Experience producing technical architecture documentation and applying enterprise integration best practices.
• Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other Customer Engagement applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
• Experience with Power BI and advanced Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
• Background in large-scale CRM implementations, enterprise integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
