- Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Sales Module, CRM customization, plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, Dataverse.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Handle lead management, opportunity management, accounts, contacts, and sales processes.
- Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Develop plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom integrations.
- Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module.
