Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer / Consultant to implement, customize, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 business applications. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver solutions that improve business processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Work with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and other relevant modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical or functional solutions.
• Customize entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and extensions using C# and .NET.
• Configure Power Automate flows and integrate Power Apps where required.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Customize forms, views, and user interfaces using JavaScript and client-side scripting.
• Support data migration, data validation, and system integration activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate defects, and implement fixes.
• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing, and assist with user acceptance testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment instructions.
• Work with functional consultants, project managers, QA engineers, and business users.
• Support application upgrades, solution deployments, and production issues.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and its data model.
• Experience customizing tables, forms, views, relationships, and business rules.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs for developer positions.
• Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of security roles, access permissions, and business process flows.
• Familiarity with solution management and deployment between environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service modules.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure integration services.
• Familiarity with Power BI and reporting.
• Experience with data migration tools and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and application lifecycle management.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
