Dynamics 365 ERP Project Manager

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Onsite 3 days per week at Los Angeles office

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced D365 ERP Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP implementations, system integrations, data migration, and technical project management, with the ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation, integration, and data migration projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate project resources across onsite, onshore, and offshore teams to ensure effective utilization and timely delivery.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Microsoft Sure Step, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.
• Follow Microsoft Success by Design guidelines and best practices for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and drive resolution in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee discussions, and executive updates, including communication with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.

Required Experience:

• 10 years of enterprise-level ERP project and program management experience, including implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager leading large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects.
• Experience working with Sure Step, Agile, Hybrid, or comparable project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Success by Design guidelines for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate project resources to optimize utilization and meet delivery commitments.
• Experience managing global project teams across onsite, onshore, and offshore locations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, business, and customer teams.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading complex ERP transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.
