Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Analyst

The Opportunity

Our client is looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Analyst to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role sits at the heart of supply chain operations, working across sales, procurement, inventory and warehouse processes to keep the D365 F&O environment running smoothly and evolving with the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing functional support and analysis across Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management and Warehouse Management modules
• Gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into practical D365 F&O configuration
• Troubleshooting day-to-day issues, investigating root causes, and coordinating fixes with technical teams
• Supporting master data maintenance and data quality across supply chain modules
• Assisting with testing, training, and documentation for new features, upgrades, and process changes
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012), specifically in Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse Management
• Solid understanding of core supply chain processes: order fulfillment, purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with end users
• Experience with EDI transactions is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working within a fully remote team
