• An ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting of Dynamics.AX.
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and Dynamics 365 Commerce environments, helping customers migrate, modernize, and optimize business critical ERP and commerce solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics AX/F&O engineer, architect, or similar role
• Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, including Store Commerce, Commerce headquarters, eCommerce, and Commerce Scale Unit (CSU)
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Commerce development, extensibility, and implementation best practices
• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Commerce architecture, extensibility patterns, APIs, SDKs, and integration frameworks
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving performance bottlenecks in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012, including SQL tuning, query optimization, indexing strategies and Commerce channel performance optimization
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce components including Commerce Headquarters, Store Commerce, eCommerce, Commerce Scale Unit (CSU) and Retail Server
• Experience troubleshooting Commerce synchronization, data distribution, channel database, and integration scenarios
• Familiarity with best practices for application deployment, environment management, server configuration, and infrastructure optimization across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics 365 Commerce environments. Knowledge of omnichannel retail business processes, including point of sale (POS), eCommerce, inventory visibility, customer engagement, loyalty, promotions, pricing, and order management.
• Experience supporting large scale retail and commerce deployments with multiple stores, channels, and high transaction volumes
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and address complex technical issues impacting system performance
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders
• Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience supporting, troubleshooting, optimizing, and/or implementing Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
• Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working in a customer facing role (e.g., internal and/or external)
• Experience supporting retail customers and troubleshooting complex Commerce scenarios involving channel data synchronization, Commerce Scale Units (CSU), Retail Server, Store Commerce, and omnichannel integrations.
• Experience with Commerce performance monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across Store Commerce, CSU, Retail Server, and e Commerce workloads
• Experience with cloud scale retail and omnichannel commerce solutions, including POS, eCommerce, order management, loyalty, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization tools for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, such as SQL Query Store, Lifecycle Services (LCS) Environment Monitoring, DynePerf, TraceParcer, and/or third party tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics
• Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting integrations for Dynamics 365 Commerce and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• App insights setup and configuration
• Knowledge of omnichannel commerce architecture, retail operations, customer engagement, and digital commerce strategies

Location: Remote   Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $110K-$120K USD annually.
