The Opportunity

Our client, a growing Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner/end-user organization, is looking for a talented D365 Finance & Operations Developer to join their team on a fully remote basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an X++ developer to work on meaningful F&O implementations and enhancements, with genuine flexibility and long-term career growth on offer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and customizing solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++
• Building and extending integrations, workflows, and reports across F&O modules
• Working closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Performing code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality
• Supporting upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning initiatives
• Contributing to technical design documentation and best-practice standards

What You'll Bring

• 2-5 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or AX 2012+) development experience
• Strong X++ development skills, including extensions, forms, workflows, and batch jobs
• Experience with the Business Process Modeler, LCS, and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with the Power Platform, SSRS reporting, or data entities is a plus
• Solid understanding of F&O architecture and the extension/customization model
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a fully remote team
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
