*Project Overview*

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM / Integration resource who can support an initiative to integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with social-media platforms and leverage social insights for customer segmentation, marketing and business reporting.

The resource should have practical experience with Dynamics 365, CRM integrations, APIs and data/reporting, along with an understanding of social media data and digital marketing use cases.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with social media platforms to bring relevant social insights into CRM.

* Integrate and correlate social media data with CRM/customer-segmentation data.

* Support targeted marketing and customer-insight use cases.

* Develop dashboards and reports for marketing and social media insights.

* Design appropriate security and access controls so external marketing agencies do not receive unrestricted CRM access.

* Develop a quick POC / case study demonstrating the proposed Dynamics 365 and social media integration.

* Assess the current social media presence and provide inputs for a social media audit / SMO / digital-marketing recommendation.

* Work with the client's marketing team to understand business requirements and discuss further implementation.

* Document the integration approach, data flow, security model and POC outcomes.

*Preferred Technical Experience*

* Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

* Dynamics 365 Sales / Customer Service

* CRM integration with external platforms

* REST APIs / Web APIs

* Power Platform / Power Automate

* Azure integration services

* CRM data modelling and customer segmentation

* Dashboard/reporting tools, preferably Power BI

* CRM security, roles and controlled third-party access

* Experience working with social-media APIs / social listening platforms is preferred

* Understanding of SMO / digital marketing analytics is an advantage
