Dynamics 365 Plugins Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, C#, .NET, and plugin development. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable custom solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Azure, and Power Platform. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and project managers to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Design and develop Dynamics 365 Plugins, Custom Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#.
• Develop both synchronous and asynchronous plugins.
• Build integrations using Dynamics 365 Web API, REST APIs, OData, and FetchXML.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Develop and integrate Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps with Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 reports.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Work with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Follow development standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure solution quality and maintainability.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong development experience in C# and .NET Framework.
• Extensive experience developing Dynamics 365 Plugins.
• Experience with Custom Workflows and Custom Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Web API, REST, OData, and FetchXML.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience developing reports in Dynamics 365/CRM.
• Strong debugging, integration, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
• Exposure to Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO).
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service / CRM or Power Platform.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
