Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong background in Dynamics 365 Administration. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in software development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high quality solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 functionalities, customization, and integration, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to drive product development and enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform to meet business requirements.
• Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end users and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Administration, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Proficient in developing applications using Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure services and cloud based solutions.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, and .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of experience in software development and Dynamics 365 Administration.
• Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or related technologies are a plus.
