Dynamics 365 SCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for a D365 F&O Supply Chain Functional Consultant to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain solutions. The role involves understanding business requirements, configuring SCM modules, supporting testing and data migration, and assisting users through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure D365 F&O Supply Chain modules.
• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and CRP sessions.
• Support the following processes:
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• Sales and Marketing
• Inventory Management
• Advanced Warehouse Management
• Master Planning
• Prepare functional documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support data migration and master data validation.
• Perform functional, unit, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support cutover, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Work directly with international clients and project teams.

Required Experience

• At least 3 to 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O SCM implementations .
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 F&O Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with Fit-Gap Analysis, CRP, testing, and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain business processes.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
