Summary

We are seeking a seasoned DYNAMICS 365 TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to lead the strategic design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role demands a deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization, and system integrations to drive business efficiency and innovation. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business objectives, ensuring seamless workflows while leveraging advanced technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI. As a key leader, you will manage critical stakeholder relationships and oversee the deployment of robust solutions that align with our organizational goals, all while commanding a competitive compensation package of ₹17 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on customization and structural integrity to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead the development and maintenance of complex system integrations and CRM workflows to ensure data consistency and operational fluidity.
• Establish and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, overseeing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for efficient software delivery.
• Utilize Power Apps and Power BI to create interactive applications and insightful analytics dashboards that empower decision-making.
• Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to enhance system capabilities and automate intricate processes.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with diverse stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6-8 years of hands-on work experience within the IT Services domain, specifically focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical architecture, customization, and system design.
• Exhibit strong command over system integrations and the creation of sophisticated CRM workflows.
• Show proven expertise in configuring Azure DevOps environments and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Be skilled in developing custom applications using Power Apps and creating visual data representations with Power BI.
• Display exceptional stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to communicate technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts and their practical application in enterprise environments.
