Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Release Manager

Are you a Dynamics 365 CE Developer who enjoys building scalable CRM solutions and driving smooth, reliable releases? We're looking for a Power Platform/Dynamics 365 CE Developer & Release Manager to join a growing Marketing Systems team and play a key role in the development, deployment, and support of business-critical CRM applications.

What You'll Do

• Customize and enhance Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
• Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScript
• Extend and manage Dataverse-powered applications
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Own release management processes and ensure successful deployments across environments
• Manage solution packaging, version control, deployment planning, and release documentation
• Support governance, security, documentation, and coding standards
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous platform improvements

Required Experience

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, C#, and JavaScript
• Experience working with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and solution management practices
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating directly with business stakeholders
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or PL-600
• SharePoint Online experience
• Experience supporting marketing systems or customer engagement platforms
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Background supporting AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organizations

What Stands Out

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on Dynamics 365 development and release management ownership. While Azure DevOps experience is beneficial, the team is primarily seeking someone with strong Dynamics 365 CE expertise and a solid understanding of release management and ALM best practices.
