Dynatrace Observability Engineer

Your mission: Within a demanding technical environment, you will contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of observability and monitoring solutions to improve the availability, performance, and reliability of applications and infrastructures. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and evolving observability solutions based on Dynatrace; Implementing and optimizing the monitoring of applications, infrastructures, and services; Configuring dashboards, alerts, metrics, logs, and traces; Analyzing performance and identifying the root causes of incidents; Implementing a proactive monitoring and anomaly detection approach; Supporting technical teams in improving visibility into their environments; Contributing to the automation and industrialization of monitoring processes; Participating in the continuous improvement of service quality and application performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Are you an Observability, Monitoring, APM, or DevOps engineer looking to deepen your expertise in complex environments? Technical Requirements: Expertise in Dynatrace; Solid knowledge of Observability/Monitoring; Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring; Good understanding of Cloud/On-Premise environments; Knowledge of APM concepts, logs, metrics, and traces; Ability to analyze incidents and perform technical investigations. It's a plus if you also master: Dynatrace Managed/SaaS; Kubernetes/Docker; Azure/AWS/GCP; Prometheus/Grafana; OpenTelemetry; CI/CD and DevOps practices; Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Soft Skills: You have strong analytical and investigative skills, you enjoy understanding what's happening under the hood, identifying weak signals, and transforming monitoring data into concrete actions to improve system performance and reliability.
