About the Project

We are looking for a Senior Dynatrace Specialist to join an international project within the Banking domain, as part of a global Monitoring team.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and enhancing the Dynatrace platform, ensuring effective monitoring capabilities across the organization, supporting infrastructure teams, and contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with Monitoring teams across different regions, including Portugal, Switzerland, and Singapore, as well as with various IT and Infrastructure teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Dynatrace platform.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent across target servers.
• Maintain and enhance existing monitoring features and capabilities.
• Implement and maintain middleware monitoring solutions.
• Implement and support Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Implement and maintain Synthetic Monitoring solutions.
• Fine-tune Dynatrace configurations to optimize monitoring and performance.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Dynatrace dashboards and monitoring views.
• Implement integrations between Dynatrace, Cribl, and Splunk ITSI.
• Automate daily monitoring and administration tasks.
• Handle and resolve support requests related to the Dynatrace platform.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and IT teams across different domains.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in tools, processes, monitoring capabilities, and KPIs.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and reliability of the monitoring platform.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the organization's monitoring strategy.

Your Profile

• Senior-level experience working with Dynatrace.
• Strong experience in Dynatrace administration and platform management.
• Proven expertise in Dynatrace fine-tuning and dashboard creation.
• Experience with monitoring solutions and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience working with Infrastructure and IT teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve monitoring-related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and distributed environment.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Dynatrace Administration.
• Strong expertise in Dynatrace Fine-Tuning and Dashboards.
• Experience with Dynatrace OneAgent deployment.
• Knowledge of RUM (Real User Monitoring).
• Knowledge of Synthetic Monitoring.
• Experience with middleware monitoring.
• Knowledge of Splunk is a plus.
• Experience with Cribl and Splunk ITSI integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of Java applications and application monitoring.

Languages

• English: Advanced level (mandatory)
• French: Nice to have
