E-Bike Warehouse Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on E-Bike Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Pomona, California. The ideal candidate has experience with warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team coordination. Chinese and English bilingual proficiency is required. Candidates must be able to read, write, and communicate/listen effectively in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Receive, inspect, organize, and track e-bike inventory
• Manage packing, shipping, receiving, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize warehouse space and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other team members
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff as needed Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies
• Help improve warehouse organization, efficiency, and workflow Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed
• Qualifications Fluent in Chinese and English Able to read, write, speak, and listen effectively in both Chinese and English
• Previous warehouse, logistics, inventory, or management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a warehouse environment E-bike, bicycle, automotive, or consumer-product experience is a plus
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: $3,000 per month base salary
