Main Functions

Lallemand Brewing is seeking a highly commercially minded and organized individual to coordinate online sales development and training programs. This person will join the Lallemand Brewing Marketing team and report to the Global Marketing Manager. The role has two complementary objectives: to help customers and distributors adopt our digital sales channels, and to make training programs active and measurable tools for customer engagement, product understanding, and sales.

The successful candidate will prioritize tasks, coordinate contributors, drive the flow of content production, support deployment and promotion, and ensure programs are used and aligned with business objectives. They will work closely with sales teams, distributors, customer service, technical experts, the Siebel Institute, internal digital teams, external agencies, and marketing colleagues. This entry-level position offers opportunities for advancement.

Main responsibilities:

Online sales and customer adoption (80%)

  • Coordinate the business unit's online stores, particularly the US store, and develop digital campaigns with sales teams, distributors and digital partners to boost overall online sales.
  • Supporting the integration of distributors' online stores, identifying barriers to adoption and managing a list of prioritized improvements.
  • Coordinate sales journeys and campaigns, track usage, conversion and qualified opportunities, then recommend improvements.

Coordination and activation of training programs (20%)

  • Coordinate the online training platform for Lallemand Brewing customers and the Siebel Institute programs, from briefing to launch and follow-up.
  • Coordinate experts, reviewers, translators and platform teams according to clearly defined priorities, deadlines and responsibilities.
  • Recruit priority audiences and track registrations, activation, completion rates and qualified expressions of commercial interest

Key job indicators

  • Online sales revenue or qualified opportunities when they can be tracked, distributor participation and conversion of digital journeys.
  • Online training registrations, activation and completion rates among priority groups.
  • Qualified commercial interest generated by lead generation campaigns.
  • Roadmaps and reports delivered on time, with documented improvement decisions.

Technical skills

Required

  • Experience in B2B e-commerce, distribution, with a customer relationship management tool or customer data platform, on a training platform, in a digital agency, in the brewing sector or in a scientific B2B environment.
  • Experience in brewing, fermentation or online training.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital sales or customer adoption.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, partners, and deadlines.
  • Good business sense and ease in using data and key indicators to improve performance.
  • Clear communication in professional English and the ability to work with multiple countries. Proficiency in other languages is an asset.
  • A strong interest in beer and brewing is essential.
