Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Technology, Communications, or any related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital commerce.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing an e-commerce team.
• Experience handling online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company websites, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in the FMCG, food distribution, retail, cold chain, or logistics industry is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Experience in product listing optimization, pricing strategies, promotions, and campaign management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
• Proficient in analyzing sales performance, customer behavior, and website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and marketplace analytics.
• Experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and identify business opportunities.
